Annual Chili Cook-Off
February 7th at the Camillus Senior Center. Open to the Public.
There is no cost to attend, but we will be collecting donations from attendees for a local food pantry.
Setup for participants at 5:30.
Judging starts at 6:00.
Talking Cursive Brewery and Syracuse Wineworks will be providing samples. We are also working on getting a winery to attend.
Chef Chris Cesta is bringing his famous Lobsta Bisque. There will also be corn bread and brownies for dessert, or bring a favorite to share.
Participants in the Cook-Off:
Please e-mail email@example.com to let us know you are bringing a chili. Those bringing chili should bring a crock pot, extension cord and serving spoon.
We will be awarding a prize for the People's Choice Best Chili and a prize for the Judges' Choice Best Chili.
