Annual Camillus Chamber Chili Cook-Off! ️ ️

Join us for a tasty community tradition - our Annual Chili Cook-Off! Whether you're a chili chef or an enthusiastic taster, we want you to be part of this fun-filled evening. We will also be collecting food and monetary donations for St. Joseph's Food Pantry.

Date: Thursday, February 12th, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM (Chili contestants arrive at 5:30 PM)

Location: Camillus Fire Department (5801 Newport Road, Camillus, NY)

Cost: FREE!

Calling All Chili Chefs:

• Set up begins at 5:30 PM
• Please bring your own crock pot, serving spoon and extension cord
• Serving supplies will be provided
• Registration required- email greatercamilluschamber@gmail.com to let us know you will be entering a chili 

Calling All Tasters:

• Come hungry!
• Help choose this year's champion
• No registration needed - just show up!
