Christopher J. Cesta
He is the Executive Chef, C.E.O. and owner of The Inn Between Restaurant in Camillus N.Y. where he has worked for over 38 years. (The Inn Between was established in 1972). He is a founding member, past President, Vice President, Secretary, Chairman of the board and current treasurer of the Syracuse chapter of the American Culinary Federation. He was certified at the Executive Chef level in 1988. He received the “Chef of the year award” given by the American culinary federation of Syracuse in 1989 and was the first chef to receive it for a second time in 2009. He also received the Syracuse New Times “Best Chef” award in 2009 and he was recognized by the “Slow food C.N.Y.” organization in 2010 with an award for featuring and using local agricultural products. His 12 acre restaurant property located just west of Syracuse N.Y. comprises a 20 hive bee apiary for honey production. An orchard with over 12 varieties of fruit, an herb garden and a trout pond. Chef Cesta is the recipient of numerous awards and honors for: National recipe contests, culinary competitions, and ice sculpturing. He was recognized by the Camillus Chamber of Commerce as “Business person of the year” in 2002. He also serves on the town of Camillus Planning board
Anthony Nappa lives in Camillus with his wife, daughter, and soon to be new born son. Although he’s lived in Camillus for only a little over a year, he is very passionate about this community. Anthony has owned and operated Saving Face Barbershop, 4300 West Genesee St. Syracuse, since August 2009. In August of 2016, he branched out and opened a second location in the village of Manlius. Every August he runs an event called “Barber-Q” in which Anthony and his team offer free haircuts, food, and entertainment donating any tips received to charity. Joseph Pompo is a life-long resident of the Camillus/Fairmount area. He works as a CPA at his family owned accounting practice: F.J. Pompo & Company. He also runs Paymaster Payroll Systems, which provides payroll solutions to businesses throughout Central New York. The aspect of his career he finds most fulfilling is assisting small business owners realize their dreams. He is a graduate of West Genesee High School, The University at Albany and The College of Saint Rose. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and lacrosse. Robert is the co-owner of Syracuse Wineworks, which he operates with daughter / co-owner Danielle Bibbens. In 2011, they acquired the Syracuse Wineworks business which was a part time, on-premise winemaking store located in Baldwinsville. In 2013 they brought Syracuse Wineworks to 3787 Milton Ave in the Elm Hill Towne Center. At that time they made it a full time business that has on-premise winemaking and a retail store that sells homebrew and winemaking ingredients and equipment.
Robert has been a resident of Camillus since 1990. Before taking Syracuse Wineworks to a full-time business, Robert was the owner of Maynard Construction Services 22 Years. He is a member of the Camillus Elks since 1995.
Gail Creamer is a life-long resident of Syracuse growing up in the valley area. She currently calls the Westhill area home. Gail is the owner/operator of PostNet in Camillus. After 25 years in the telecom space, she was presented with an opportunity to be a small business owner. PostNet offers graphic design and print solutions for both businesses and consumers along with other services.
